Dr. Michael Warren Todd Shwayder, MD

I was not happy coming in to this clinic. First of all the staff are both rude. They just ignore you as soon as you come in unless you know what to do. The vibes is unfriendly and devious. When you speak to any one of them especially over the phone is uncaring and harsh. I wonder how they got hired and why they are in healthcare. You can tell they are like disgruntled employees, like they don't wanna be there anymore. The bedside manner of the nurse is indifferent, lack of interest of what she is doing. Being a patient it adds to the feeling of distress of what you are already enduring. For Dr. Shwayder nothing significant probably he spends time with his patient, thorough physical exam, and bedside manner. But urgent patient messages are clearly unimportant. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR QUALITY OF SERVICE, THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE CLINIC YOU WANNA BE IN. I am out.

Dr. S is amazing. He has been my GP long before I know he was specializing in gerontology. Who knew? He provides thorough physical exams and is very proactive in his critiques .

Great doctor. Without him I would be dead. I had a strange tumor and no one was able to find out what was wrong with me. They called in Dr. Shwayder and half an hour later he knew what it was. He's the only doctor you want when you are really sick.

Dr. Shwayder is an excellent doctor, but his rude and incompetent staff, dealing with them has been such an unpleasant experience that I will no longer be going back to see Dr. Shwayder.

Dr. Shwayder was my fathers doctor until his death at 91 and is still my mothers doctor, she is 92. Now, my doctor as well.He is great on followup after a visit, wonderful on diagnosis and as caring as a doctor can be.I would recommend him without hesitation.
