To whom it may concern I took a fall at work, and the employer referred me to MICHAEL L SIDOR MD and TIMOTHY CAVANAUGH.PA-C the Physician, and he was kind and considered knowing that I never had surgery. He explained in full detail about the surgery. My experience with the office people was they were helpful and 16understanding how much pain I was in. The doctor was kind, understanding, compassionate; he went over everything in complete detail what would happen to my shoulder.
