He and his staff were very rude. He did not take time to go over my health complaints. Potentially missed a CFS leak. I highly would not recommend. His staff that answer the phones are beyond rude.

I am 60 years old and had difficulty breathing through my nose my entire life. Dr. Siegel recommended surgery on several areas of my nasal passage. I was reluctant to go forward with with the surgery previously having had several treatments to address the problem without adequate results. Eventually, I decided to go forward with the surgery and also have a plastic surgeon recommend by Dr. Siegel put in a graft to correct a collapsed nasal valve. The results of these procedures was nothing short of life-changing. Not only did the ability to breathe through my nose greatly improve, my lifelong issues with postnasal drip significantly diminished. Throughout the process, Dr. Siegel spent time to explain the procedure and potential benefits and risks without pushing me to do it. He was down-to-earth and always very responsive and available to answer questions and discuss the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Siegel for anyone looking for an ENT specialist.

I was not impressed with this office. Patients are required to complete forms via automated tablet which requires them to sit through pharmaceutical adds to move through the form. I assume that the Dr. gets financial kick backs for this but it is highly unprofessional and a waste of my time. The staff claim that this is a better system because you can access your account online but, in reality, all that is online is the information you entered (and already know) and your billing statement. There are no Dr.s notes, pre/post-op instructions, appointment reminders, or anything of actual value to the patient. Making an appointment is near impossible. It generally takes several attempts before the phone is even answered and, when it is, you are put on hold indefinitely - often with several different people picking the phone up and asking what you want - which you have to explain all over again - and still no guarantee that your call will end up in the right place. Procedure,… operative instructions are also a mess. I was given the absolutely incorrect instructions pre-procedure (ingest items that would trigger symptoms rather than wouldn't trigger symptoms) - rendering test result invalid. And, when I went on line to the automated portal to find pre-op instructions, I found (as mentioned above) that none of that information is available - just information that helps them get paid.

Dr Seigel is really the best! Easy to talk to, and he always respects his patients.

Dr. Siegel is a truly incredible doctor. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and professional, he also has a wonderful sense of humor and personality which makes him perfect in all aspects as a doctor.

This doctor is amazing. He operated on my sinuses in the office with a balloon dilation. It took an hour and the pain and pressure I've had in my face for 30 years is gone!! I was one of his first patients that he did this procedure on in the office and would highly recommend him to anybody who is having sinus problems.

Dr. Siegel and his Staff provide the best quality care! My eleven-year-old daughter had adenoidectomy and turbinate procedure. Dr.Siegel diagnosed and treated her problem in a timely fashion.In addition to his genuine care and concern, he is also an expert in his field. I highly recommend Doctor Siegel, he is the best!

Dr. Siegel was really incredible. He spent so much time with my wife and I. The office staff were friendly. He was also able to cure my snoring which made my wife extremely happy and saved our marriage. I can't thank him enough.
