Run far run fast. Butcher alert!!! Dr Sileo performed a shoulder surgery (rotator cuff) on me that failed within the month. Then he did a second surgery to reattach my bicep into my shoulder. ( something that didn’t have a problem to begin with.)(Poor explanation of surgery) My arm was never the same. Appointment after appointment he couldn’t figure out why my arm wouldn’t work correctly, he knew something’s was wrong but would say I’m fine. What did dr sileo do, try offload me to another doctor after 3 years of saying it’s fine. My arm can not hold weight and gives out till this day. My fingers go numb all the time. Other problems due to surgery are pectoral, bicep, rotator cuff pain (everything touched during surgery) ,all always in pain it’s like as if I just had surgery months ago. Teres minor is none existent. I believe Dr sileo gave me nerve damage,( maybe radial nerve) ,Working is difficult as well because of this. Dr sileo ceased to contact and follow up with me many many… times. Just felt unwanted when I would go in for my follow ups. ( guess it was a hint to not comeback). Charged my insurance for 2 surgeries, exhausted my coverage, then I was tossed aside. He also went on vacation right after my surgery. And multiple times after that. It’s like everytime you call the office to ask doc a question he’s away on vacation. It’s obvious this guy doesn’t care about his patients. Obviously just in it for the money!! 0 stars. I wouldn’t wish doctor sileo on my enemies!

Dr. Sileo and Rich diagnosed my problem and treated me at the same visit and relived my pain. They were professional, personable and caring. I highly recommend them!

Dr Sileo has cared for my entire family for years. Has operated on both my sons and could not have asked for a better outcome.

I can’t fell more bless that I encounter Dr M.Sileo at St Charles Hospital after I fracture my Tibia bone. locally was not surgery needed it . After 12 days of Rehabilitation and Occupation Therapy I went for follow up appointment to see Dr Sileo.

Dr. Dile has always provided me and my family with the best care. He performed two successful knee surgeries for us. He explains everything in English and always was right on with what he told us. I.would highly recommend him to anyone.

Both my husband and I have received care from Dr. Sileo and his staff. The wait is not long (unless of unusual circumstances), everyone is friendly and cheerful. Both Dr. Sileo and Rich answered our questions, took good care of our issues and gave us knowledge about our knee problems. We both had different solutions, gel shots and my husband had a surgery. Whenever I leave the office I always joke about saying, "See you soon, but hopefully not," since we've had positive experiences with the practice, but if we really did have to see them soon, that would mean our injuries were not healed!
