Dr. Michael Melmuth Silver, MD

Absolutely horrible experience! I've scheduled my annual physical appointment a few weeks in advance with Westmed. I was referred to this doctor as my new primary care physician. I've called the office multiple times to confirm my appointment and I was instructed not to eat for 6 hours prior to it (3:15 PM), so the tests can be taken. I've also informed the office that one of the reasons for the appointment is an abnormally high blood pressure I've had lately. 30 minutes before the appointment I got a call from the doctor's assistant asking me the reason for my upcoming visit. She informed me that Dr. Silver doesn't accept any new patients. When I replied with my disappointment, she told me that a Manager will give me a call later. Which has never happened. I don't know who dropped the ball in this situation, but this is absolutely unacceptable!
