Dr. Michael Scott Singer, DDS

When I first called and talked to Sonia, I was a little put off. Little to none lm customer service or etiquette. Giving her my basic information. I did not fill a welcoming tone and it was very rushed conversation.I chose to keep my appointment because I had heard so many wonderful things about Dr. Singer. When I arrived at the appointment, the girls in the front were not friendly. I finally was seen 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Dr. Singer had a horrible bedside manner. He kept interrupting my questions and he seemed very agitated. Finally, the last question I asked him he proceeded to answer while he was looking at his text messages on his watch. Needless to say I will not be going back. You pay top dollar for a consult with a specialist you want to be treated kindly and have his full attention. Clearly this will never happen with his office. I will find another provider to go to!
