I love many things about Dr Smitherman, but one of the best is the guidance he gives once the appointment is over. There have been many times that I had questions about something and I had no appointment. I am able to reach out and ask and he always responds!! He’s a modern doctor with an old school approach. For once, Dr. Smitherman listened to my concerns and explained the answers to my many questions. I feel I have found a doctor who cares about his patients and doesn’t rush to get to his next patient. He recommended an injection to strengthen my bones which I received.

Dr. Smitherman is very courteous and thorough. What I liked the most is that he listens to you. He’s not dismissive. My concerns were addressed with an alternative solution, not irritation. He also, has a very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend him to other people.
