Dr. Michael Thomas Snitzer, MD

My mother was in a car accident. When I called the office and told the front desk person that she was in an accident, she didn't react at all -- she didn't ask if she was ok or say anything that any normal human being would say. We recently needed to get an urgent appt. for her, and when we called, the recording said the office was closed for the week and that you couldn't leave a message. They also did NOT leave a number for another doctor to contact in his absence!!! I have NEVER seen this type of unprofessional service for a doctor's office before! And the recording said the office would open the following Monday at 9:00, and as of 1:00 no one answered the phone after several tries.

great staff and dr snitzer is great too! talking to him is like talking to a friend yet very professional .

Asking of phone calls could be greatly improved...Answering service for off hours is even worst..

I can't say enough nice things about him. He is kind, smart, thorough. His staff us very efficient. I highly recommend him.

Dr Snitzer is very knowledgable and up to date with current medical practices, and his staff is great. Spends time listening, which is the hallmark of a good physician. Great bedside manner also. Good clinician!

doesn't spend time with patients. doesn't know medications, does not know what he is talking about
