Dr. Michael C D Soult

We have been at this office for three years now and have always been very pleased with the service. They are very fast, always on time and the staff is exceptionally kind. Dr Mike is good at what he does, a tad on the gruff side but not unkind. The office is very clean, I can't imagine what the one angry review was talking about. The staff is very good at calling back, at times too good with multiple calls when your child is due for a cleaning. I've never had trouble scheduling appointments and they work with our school, sports and work schedules. Overall, we are very satisfied.

He has an extremely dirty office than is ran by a mouthy inept receptionist named dreama--he cannot accommodate a normal schedule and he allows receptionist to be rude and hang up on clients--your wait will be long and you will have a horrible time with scheduling--dr soult appears to care more about his own feelings than his clients well being--go somewhere else--I actually am filing a complaint with his licensing board todat because of the total lack of respect for me and my son that I received--avoid this office like the plague!!

My 4.5 yr old has been visiting Dr. Soult since his very first dental exam weeks after turning 3....so a total of 4 visits. The first visit was more of a consultation and meet and greet that allowed a very relaxed office setting for my son to be comfortable. Dr. Soult did look at his teeth to make sure that they were all coming in as should be, clean, etc... The next visit was similar but introduced him to the dental chair and did a more details review of my son's mouth. At four, the first cleaning was completed which also had my son be interactive in holding the mirror and being a "big helper". The technician was very sweet, the doctor thorough, gentle, knowledgeable, and educational, and the practice is very "kid friendly". My son now asks when he'll be going back to the dentist. I truly believe that starting him off the right foot with this great doctor is setting him up for a very positive future with bi-annual cleanings and taking care of his teeth...which are so… detrimental to your whole body health.

I already call to take appointment for my son , 5 weeks ago , theme tell me we will call u to give you appointment , no body call me yet , iam very sad about that service usually when u want to take appointment with any clinic doesn't take this long time, and finally I took my son to small smile de and I was very welcome & theme give me appointment so fast, & stuff was very friendly ,,,,,,,,

My 3 year old had his first appt and Dr. Mike only allowed one of us to be back with him to witness this "first". I would understand if they were busy and didn't need that many people in the back, but we were the ONLY patient there. I left extremely upset and cheated. Dr. Mike is a good doctor.....but he needs to have a little empathy for a parents "first".
