This Dr. misdiagnosed my husband. He had 2 scars in lung and he made the call cancer. What my husband had was sepsis. when Dr. Stipanov knew , He then called protocol and wouldn't let my husband see any of his Drs. My Husband was executed with pain meds. PLEASE TAKE CAUTION WHEN Putting your life in this Drs. CARE !!!!!

He is a very knowledgeable and friendly and tries to help you understand what is going on with your disease and the best way to treat it he makes you feel at ease

I saw Dr Stipanov for an abnormal protein I have. I showed him a lump on my right breast that enlarged over night. He told me to see my plastic surgeon that it was my breast implant. I saw my Gyn and she ordered a mammogram and ultrasound. I ended up with Triple negative breast cancer! If he was a good doctor he would of ordered the same test!

Dr Stipanov cared for my mother who had leukemia. I found him very patient in explaining terms, treatment, etc to Mom, to me, her daughter, and again when my sister from out-of-town came with us to an appointment. He never acted like he was rushed (although I tried to have questions ready, took notes, tried to be prepared to not waste HIS time also). He was very clear in explaining options (including lack of options) and likely outcome though he said that each person is, of course, different and he did not try to pin down an exact timetable. I was very please with the nurses and his scheduler, Brittany ( I think that was her name) also. D. Cook

The chemo nurses at the Hixson office are AWESOME. I did not even feel the 'sticks'. Stipanov knows the right treatment for the patient. He is direct and does not sugar coat anything. Good Christian Man.

Dr. Stipanov was my Dad's oncologist for renal cancer. He was very straight to the point, which I appreciated. We never had to wonder what was happening. His concern and knowledge helped us ( me my Mother and My Dad ) to feel very confident in the plan to fight the cancer. He was agreeable when we wanted to know more about removing the kidney, and sent us to a surgical kidney specialist. My Dad survived almost 3 years. I feel that Dr. Stipanov gave us great care and compassion. I would go to him myself and I would recommend him to others. Also the nurses that administer the chemo treatment are absolutely THE BEST!

This guy must have earned the Gentleman's C in college. Terrible bedside manner. Terrifying to deal with in person. After almost 20 years in the biz, can't even read a Pet Scan. Says it confused him. Always on vacation.
