Always Excellent!

Be careful. They take advantage of your insurance plan and your out of pocket! Overcharges and double dipping. Arrogant front desk people lying about their willingness to help. All They want is a PROFIT! Do the homework before you go and ask for pricing. Then compare to other dentists and see the sad difference! As an elmhurst community member I believe top notch care is measured by the level of care not luxurious office setting!! If you are a genuine patient needing help and honest care- Go elsewhere.

Receptionist is very rude

I had an appointment and arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time. I sat and waited and waited for them to call me (1 hour and 12 minutes). Finally I went to the receptionist to reschedule and I was seen several minutes later. Several weeks later my adult son went for the first time which was suppose to be a free consultation a bus was charge inexcess of $250. When we attempted to talk with the receptionist about it, she became very rude. I asked to talk with the DDS and she also refused. Ibwould not recommend this DD S because of the very unprofessional receptionist and front office people.

Overcharges and dishonest.

Dr Sullivan is an amazing dentist and an incredibly nice man. I had very bad wisdom tooth pain due to an infection. I called around everywhere trying to find a dentist that would be able to help me out with the severe pain and it was a Saturday. He was out of the office due to it being a Saturday afternoon. His paging service called him and he immediately called me back. The office was only opened on weekdays and he came in extra to see me Sunday morning. I've never had such great service. He gave me an antibiotic and did the X-rays by himself and was very helpful. He then sent me to an excellent oral surgeon and after My tooth was removed he called to check on me. He seriously is the most helpful and sweet dentist that I have ever met.
