Dr. Taylor is absolutely awesome! Very gentle and the appointments are always painless. Also he has a great sense of humor to make the visit enjoyable!

I had a very bad experience at this office. I went to Dr Taylor to make my smile symmetrical after losing muscle strength on the right side of my mouth. He suggested Botox just on the lower right side of mouth as well as the upper side of mouth to lift the corner. I was very nervous and not sure if I wanted to take that risk but he reassured me it would work. The day after the procedure I noticed that I couldn't talk properly or drink without difficulty. Each day after that it became worse and worse to the point that I couldn't chew right. I called the office after three days and asked to see Dr Taylor. He did come in on his day off to see me but gave me no solution to the problem. He apologized and said that I would have to wait until it wore off. I asked for a refund and the office manager said they do not honor refunds and they haven't for the past ten years. So basically I paid for a messed up smile that has caused me to have anxiety and depression because I'm embarrassed to go out… into public. I would stay far away from this office, there are plenty of other good plastic surgeons in the area. I wish I would have done my research before going there.
