Dr. Michael M Terrani, MD

I’ve heard such crap about this mans facilities for someone who is a Medical director he’s so arrogant and I’ve heard he doesn’t even show his face And if he does it’s only for a minute or in an emergency case !!

All of the bad reviews are accurate... trust me it's al true

I followed Dr. Michael Terrani from Bethpage OB/GYN to his then new practice in Garden City.. To me he was the best thing since apple pie. At first it was great, but then the office changed. No more personal one on one with someone who seemed genuinely interested in me and what my concerns were. The staff was a horror, just seemed as if I was just a number and not a patient. Yesterday was my yearly check-up. Once again I saw a doctor that I have never met, or was she a doctor? She didn't know me and I didn't know her. While the staff at the front desk was much nicer than I have encountered in the past, the cleanliness of the place was a disappointment. When I had to give a urine sample the toilet seat was in the upright position, which is fine with me I never sit, but it was stained with urine. C'mon can't you afforded a new toilet seat? I was taken into an exam room where after getting undressed I noticed that the vertical blinds were broken and you could see in from the outside.… Their scale was 10lbs off, in my favor of course, but if I had medical concerns weight is an important factor. I asked the doctor to moved to another room I felt that uncomfortable. She said their was a work order to fix the blinds. The next room, the scale didn't work at all and the blinds were held shut by scotch tape. Are you kidding me??? The paint job was terrible in both exam rooms. Nothing about this office screamed Garden City or Dr. Michael Terrani. When I came asked out I asked to see Kathy the office manager and was told she is now in the "Corporate Office" in Plainview. I just hope that the exam I received was up to par, I am getting a bit nervous.

The staff team in Garden OB/GYN is absolutely incredibly intelligent and fast. The wait time was less than 15 minutes which alot of offices do not have! So do not be fooled by any negative reviews about this doctor. He brought my wonderful baby boy to life and for that I thank him. He may be the best I've seen in my life.

Excellent doctor, he is very experienced and knows alot about what he is doing. I highly recommend seeing him if you are in need of a down-to-earth gynecologist.

they forget to call in a prescription culture was positive twice for infection but no one called me. I found out by walking in to ask for results 3 weeks later.

Daniel Terrani the doctor's son was very helpful and caring during my visit to the office. He is a pre-medical college student entering medical school that is very dedicated and committed to excellence in patient care. Daniel Terrani is not a nurse, and having known him for years, I can say he will be an outstanding doctor. He is a great kid.

Dr. Terrani and his staff are incredible. The offices are very clean, new, and patient friendly. Dr. Terrani is an informative, brilliant man who knows everything there is to know about obstetrics and gynecology. He is an outstanding doctor that has delivered three of my babies and truly deserves five stars.

I truly and shocked beyond belief with the past few reviews - I cannot be ever more grateful for this practice: for Dr. Terrani, his amazing sono tech Barbara: who I will only let her scan me cause she is that amazing. I looked forward to every visit. I had 2 previous misscarriages with previous doctors a few years ago. Heartbroken I found myself at this practice: Dr. Terrani told me he will see thru I carry a child to term. I returned a few months later pregnant again: I was considered high risk - Dr. terrani made me see the specialist, and be scanned by Barbara Mccoy only. At 12 wks she found my cervix was shortneing and Dr terrani saw that i had an emergency cerclage that day!!! They saved my baby.... His name is Lawrence. I had a complicated pregnancy - short cervix, bleeding, high blood pressure, and along the way i had nothing but the best care. My husband and I are ever so grateful to dr terrani and barbara - i will always forever be a patient here and will always… refer all my friends and family here always.

Dr Terrain has become unreliable , He was my doctor for 10 yrs plus . I made appts to see him , but once there was told he has to leave this went on far to long , so i started to ask other patients , they all said the same , they push you off to the Midwives. I was also wrongly diagnosed by the inexperience Rn. So i found another Dr , Told him about the Dr and he said maybe he is in jail . Other Reviews say the same, What happen to the Guy , And the office changes names like crazy . This is not the place to Go for good care...the
