Exactly why people are turning against Western Medical Doctors, practioners like this. Dismissive, obviously doesn't care about the patient sitting in front of him

I came in for with 3 skin issues and he didn't help out at all. I have moles on my face that have been growing and he said their not benign and your insurance doesn't cover cosmetic. I asked about the keloids on my face he said yeah I don't inject anything on the face. His demeanor was careless. Very disappointed. I don't recommend him.

Dr. Trauner was very professional, explained my condition clearly to me, and treated me with a new medication that worked almost immediately. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a dermatologist.

Office staff is horrible, inconsiderate, unaccommodating, and rude. Dr. Trauner's staff is incredibly difficult to deal with and don't care much for patients health and overall condition despite repeated times expressive severity of symptoms. When he sees patients he's rather brief and always seems in a rush. Please avoid at all costs and find yourself a better doctor with pleasant staff.

It was difficult to get in contact with Dr. Trauner's office staff. They did not return phone calls. I then sent an e-mail through my health-care system. The return e-mail contained spelling and grammatical errors explaining they had problems with their phone service. After 3 to 4 months, I still haven't been able to reach them by phone. Additionally during my office visit, the office staff was very unprofessional and somewhat rude. They were talking about personal issues and complaining about work scheduling. Overall, the whole office visit (including the consultation with the doctor) was unpleasant and was unprofessional. Dr. Trauner did have a correct diagnosis and scheduled follow up appointments at that time. I now have to change on of the appointments and am having difficulties contacting them (again) to reschedule.

Dr. Trauner performed an in and out procedure which dealt with removing flesh from my lower back. I was very scared but he was caring and reassuring during the whole procedure. He took extra care with ensuring I was completely numb and comfortable. I think he is wonderful and trustworthy.

I was concerned when I read the reviews for Dr. Trauner. I have to disagree with the negative reviews. I went in for Moh's surgery and he treated me very well, and was concerned for my well-being during the entire appointment. He even called to check on me at 6:30 at night.There was confusion when setting up the appointment with the front office staff, as well as an inability to get through 3 times during normal business hours. I would suggest that people see Dr. Trauner.
