This office is completely unreasonable and lacks any basic consideration for patients. I was told the doctor needed to see me ASAP and was asked to show up within an hour—even after I explained I live an hour away and depend on someone else for a ride. They “compromised” with two hours, which was still unrealistic, so instead I was pushed out another week and a half. After waiting that long, I arrived for my appointment—literally ONE minute late—because I had never been there before and initially entered through the wrong part of the building. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of understanding, they flat-out refused to see me and told me to reschedule. So let me get this straight: they expect patients to drop everything and be there immediately when it’s convenient for them, but they won’t allow a 60-second delay when it’s out of the patient’s control? That’s not professionalism—that’s hypocrisy. It’s honestly ridiculous that a medical office operates this way. If you have… any other option, take it. Driving out of town is absolutely worth avoiding the frustration, lack of empathy, and poor treatment from this office and its staff.
