We had a consult with Dr Vermesh in March and were pregnant within two months after an almost four year fertility journey. He truly listened to our concerns and created a transfer protocol specialized for my needs and was very calming throughout the process - he remained very positive and never once brought up my age and or seemed irritated by my many questions and concerns - some doctors act insulted if you question things but Dr Vermesh kindly explained and seemed to appreciate the dialogue. He also is one of the few doctors in the area to offer and be open to intralipid infusions. He is a wonderful, humble doctor with unmatched experience and an open mind ! And his lab worked miracles for us. We are forever grateful.

We can’t thank dr. Vermesh and the entire office enough.. our journey began before meeting dr vermesh but we weren’t confident in the information that was provided and it seemed more like they were trying to seek is a car.. we decided to get a second opinion and I’m so happy we did.. dr vermesh came highly recommended by a close friend of mine.. when we met with dr vermesh he was very open, honest, knowledgeable, and informative, which made us feel very comfortable and confident in him and our choice for doing a second opinion.. right away we knew he was who we wanted to continue our IVF journey with.. it is a very long process and so many appointments but we always felt welcomed by him and his staff.. it’s true when they say, they’re like family! I initially found this through Google search. I searched and reviewed many clinics before coming across this one, in particular Dr. Vermesh. The clinic and Dr. Vermesh had some amazing reviews and of course a small hand full of not as great ones which is going to happen no matter what, it is inevitable. I am so glad I listened to my gut and went ahead and scheduled my consultation. From my very first appointment, Dr. Vermesh and his team lived up to and beyond my expectations and all of the great reviews I read! The staff is incredibly friendly and personable from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to the financial counselors, to other doctor on staff who actually attended to me while Dr. Vermesh was on vacation (I apologize but I forget her name). The point is, they are amazing! Now, I do not know if this was because I went in with the mindset that I didn't need to know every detail of every lab result, every absolute number, or the fine detailed meaning of everything or if this… was just Dr. Vermesh's style or him reading me, but he did not lose me in the details and I liked that. He gave me explanations of baselines, what was to come, and what my odds were in conceiving in very plain and encouraging language. He left out the fine detailed stuff that I wouldn't know how to interpret anyway. I really believe he read me and knew I didn't need to or want to know all of that (this process itself is enough to handle). I didn't ask about labs details and he didn't tell me but I know if I did ask, he would have had answers. I say this because whenever I did have a question, all I had to do was shoot an email and I would get response from a nurse the same day. I saw Dr. Vermesh himself each visit aside from his vacation time. He was always present, smiling (behind the mask during these times), positive, happy, and funny even- which is a great quality with such a stressful process. He moves and made decisions like an experienced specialist. The staff made each visit so easy from simply drawing blood to prescribing and explaining medications. This was the icing on the cake for me. The odds seemed against us but the staff never gave up and were always, ALWAYS positive and encouraging. And we did become pregnant! I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Vermesh, this clinic, and his staff. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone searching for a fertility specialist.

There is not enough wonderful things to say about Dr. Vermesh, he is a god sent. After being told that we would need donor eggs and losing hope,we found Dr.Vermesh. From the moment we walked in, he was very positive and after speaking more in detail he assured us that we could use our own eggs. Could not believe it, we retrieved 9 eggs, 8 fertilized and 5 made it to genetic testing, and the final result..1 good embryo. After lots of worrying and of course prayers.. we are pregnant with our little miracle!!! On our 1st try!!!. Thank you so much to Dr Vermesh and his entire staff for such a wonderful experience. We are now only a few short weeks to be released to our OB, its definately a bitter sweet goodbye.Thank you sir, for a lovely experience.
