Dr. Michael Alan Volz, MD

I visited with Dr. Volz yesterday for an initial assessment of my rather complex medical conditions. He was extremely generous with his time and attention to detail and outlined a treatment plan for me going forward. I am impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and look forward to our continuing relationship. His support staff from the front desk to Rob and Laura were extremely helpful, supportive and professional. I consider Dr Volz a rock star in the medical community.

Dr Volz is an excellent doctor however has lost control of his office staff. Unfortunately the environment that his office staff and nurses have created is extremely toxic and rude. After being a long time patient, I have no desire to see a doctor that I am treated so badly by the support staff!

I received many good years of care from Dr Volz. However, he has incredibly rude office staff that make it nearly impossible to schedule an appointment. In fact the office staff is so rude that I have not been able to get an appointment scheduled for over a year...who has patience to be treated so poorly by a receptionist? When I finally got into the office for my appointment the receptionist refuses to let me see the doctor and flat out lied about calling me for a reminder call. Shame on Dr Volz for letting this treatment turn away long standing patients. I do NOT recommend seeing Dr Volz until he gets rid of the flipant, rude, condescending and inflexible office staff.

I have moved a lot and been to three different allergy doctors in that time. Things went alright during shot times, but when I went to order new serum it is a whole different story. I waited three months before I finally called and called only to get the run around. I was told we want your money before we will make the serum for you, four months later. When talking to the allergy nurse in charge it sounded like he was holding the phone away from his head because he didn't care.

Heads and shoulders above the others! One smart dude!

My husband sees Dr. Volz for allergies. I came to the appointment with my husband and Dr. Volz welcomed questions from both of us. He spent a lot of time with us and was very nice!

I have seen this doctor over ten years, he has a lot of knowledge in allergy in immunology, and overall medical health . He will spend time with you to help you understand what you need to know. And is not afraid to try something new to help you better your overall health. I am a patient of his who has many challenges, but he never walked away , i did but i went back. cause he truly is a caring doctor.

I've never had a doctor spend as much time with me as Dr. Volzand he doesn't make me feel like I'm wasting his time by asking all of my questions. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone, and I feel very lucky that I found his office.
