Dr. Michael Huynh Vu, MD

Took my daughter in for several things. He completely dismissed them without even checking her out. Then I got a $700 bill. He just wants to get you out as soon as possible . Then I called about getting some prescriptions refilled and spoke to the rudest lady, Debbie, in the office. She was completely rude and demeaning and shouldn’t be in healthcare. She had me in tears before I hung up. Will not ever go back . Human kindness, especially now, goes a long way.

Completely uninterested in being in room. Stayed on phone entire time. Issued script that I did not know about till I left and provided no information on what it would do or potential issues with it. Left room at end without saying bye and did not realize he was not coming back until tech came in and stated I was done. Diagnosis and treatment for what I did go in for did not solve problem either. I was new patient to him and was looking for new PC but will not use him again. Upon entering room attempted to introduce myself and greet him and was basically blown off. Barely shook my hand. Not rude but completely uninterested and unengaging....again spent whole time on his phone and did not speak to me other that a few questions. Could not understand him due to accent and had to have him repeat everything several times.

No interest in taking the time to listen what the patient has to say. Did not care to to perform some basic examination or to develop a logical diagnostic treatment plan. Even though I had a previous visit to the ER (headache, blurry vision, potential vascular issue) with notes from the ER Doctor recommending follow up with Dr. Vu for additional screening-imaging, Dr. Vu did not factor that aspect into the diagnostic and just considered that migraine medication is basically the plan of action. How can you say that is nothing else to worry without screening? How can you tell that is just a migraine and not something else like a vascular problem without a thorough examination? Staff personnel totally disconnected and only concerned about filling forms, printing paperwork and clicking on a computer.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Michael Vu for over 16 years. After our son had a major scoliosis surgery he was prescribed large amounts of pain medicine for months. My husband and I became very worried that our son would become addicted to all the pain medicine. We spoke with the doctor that did the surgery after about a month and expressed our concerns. We were told to continue to give him the pain medicine because it was a major surgery. The surgeon said he knew he will become addicted and when he did, we would deal with it. Well, after all was said and done, he did get addicted and all they could say was we needed to seek a pain management doctor. We went from one doctor to another and medications after medications. The situation grew even worse! Then we turned to our primary doctor which as Dr. Michael Vu. He helped our son and us to recover from all the drugs that had been prescribed. Dr. Michael Vu took over our sons case and did amazing things to get our son back. We have moved… several times and have not found a doctor that is as compassion or caring as Dr. Michael Vu. He is a doctor that goes beyond the call of duty for his patients! We now drive from Arkansas which is a 8 hour round trip just to see Dr. Michael Vu. We would highly recommend Dr. Michael Vu to anyone that is looking for amazing primary doctor!

Saved my husbands life.. Spends an average of 30 minutes each visit when needed. Listens and answers all questions.Get fast follow up on tests taken. I like him.

Does not care about nor take time with his patients. Has no idea how to prescribe medication & you will feel like a lab rat when he keeps trying new medication on you. Isn't informed about the side effects of medication he prescribes. Always on his phone. He should not be practicing medicine.

My first visit with Dr. Vu, he spoke, asked me a question, told me I needed to loose wait, exercise more, gave me a form for labs and left the room. The nurse walks in to escort me out with summery papers. When I advised her that I needed to speak with Dr. Vu, I was informed he was in with another patient. Disappointed I left.

Very disappointed in our visit. Went in for pain and they took an ex ray that was three days ago an still do not have the results. Went to another dr. They took early and we had the results in ten min. We called dr. Vi several times for the results just to be told they haven't been read yet asked if he could call us Still no phone call. Very disa

haven't seen Dr Vu in 4 years went they're telling my problems and he was very helpful and prescribed the medications I needed. I just had to wait for a while. I will be back.
