Worst doctor experience I have ever had. Seemed nice, but extremely dismissive after his very minimal bloodwork came back "normal". He didn't even check T3/T4 levels? I doubt he knows what they are. If you have the flu or an easy to diagnose medical problem he might be your guy... His referrals suck too, "good ole boy" doctors with minimal knowledge. Stay away if you need someone smart, and up to date. By the way - Dr. that found out what was wrong was not in the Mercy network.

When I was verk sick Dr. Walden spent a considerable amount of time with me in ICU morning and night, and probably is the reason I am still alive today. He is very caring and spends time listening to you. I have been with him 10 years and would give him the highest rating of any doctor I've ever dealt with!

I have been a patient of Dr. Walden's for 20 years and have been extremely satisfied. His concern, bedside manner and professionalism are exemplary. Also,he always calls back promptly the next day with results of any tests. My mother, who is 86 and has seen a number of doctors in her day, started seeing Dr. Walden around three years ago and states he is the best primary care docter she has ever seen. Very high praise, especially since she was a nurse for 50 years.

I see Dr. Walden for many reasons and i always feel he did everything he could do and as far as bedside manner i dont think it gets any better than Dr. J Walden

Dr. Walden has been my and my husband's doctor for the last 20 years. He is very concerned and very professional at all times. I would recommend him highly. Not only is he my doctor, he is also my OB-GYN's personal physician and when other doctors go to the same doctor, you can be assured that this doctor is highly qualified. The doctors know which of their colleagues are the best so I can highly recommend Dr. Walden.

I have been to many internists in my lifetime (50 years), but I must say that Dr. Walden tops them all. Not only have I received the best in patient care and diagnosis, but his bedside manner, time spent, and follow-up are much better than any of the others. He really cares, and it shows. His staff is also very professional and nice. Getting an appointment at the last minute can sometimes be a challenge, but they try their best to work you in if the situation warrants it. If you are one of those people who hates going to the doctor, this is the man for you...he will change your attitude.
