I had a very large colon polyp that my doctor at home said would eequire surgery to remove. Dr Wallace was able to remove it through a procedure called endoscopic mucosal resection or EMR. The staff was very courteous and professional. I had a hour visit to review the procedure the day prior with Dr Wallace he explained in a vey understandable way and patiently answered all of my questions. The procedure itself was painless. I was completely asleep and he met with me and my husband afterwards to explain how it was removed and the follow up needed. I would recommend Mayo and this doctor to any of my family and friends.
