Dr. Michael Yungshun Wang, MD

Horrible bedside manner. I went to see him last year because I was in terrible pain. He walked in to the room and said “just because you can get an appointment with me, doesn’t mean you should.” He didn’t even care about what the issue I was having was. He simply said you’re not a candidate for surgery so go see pain management and walked out. He was in the room for probably less than 2-3 minutes and all that mattered to him was that I was a waste of his time because he wouldn’t be able to do surgery on me. Mind you, I had passed out 3 times from excruciating pain in my back and have a disc tear so I was obviously told to see a neurosurgeon. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anyone. Absolutely horrible experience and waste of my time. Dr. Jack Klem was so much better. Very thorough and explained everything. Don’t waste your time is my advice.

I owe Dr. Wang a world of gratitude. He is a kind, honest and compassionate man with great bedside manners.

Dr. Wang office tells you to send in all your MRI before he decides that he can see you. After sending all my CD and confirming receipt the day of my appointment one month later Dr Wang said he had no report when he came into the room. He ordered tons of xrays before being seen that day. His PA was the one that does your neurological exam and when he comes in for the whopping 5 minutes. He told me that if I didn’t follow his advice Now at age 60 I would be like the rest of the 20 patients he would say that day. (Wishing they were dead everyday) Being a doctor is a noble profession. Found Dr Wang to be a very inhumane doctor. His skills might be very good but I prefer To have the person performing surgery on my back more compassionate.

Will leave you waiting for hours and then rush through appointment. Not concerned about patient well-being at all. Condescending. Pompous.

Someone once stated " Your ability may put you at the Top of the Game. However, it's your Character that keeps you there" Dr. Wang is one truly talented Physican.

Had a great experience with Dr Wang. his commendation for minimal invasive procedure to remove element of a ruptured lumbar disk was correct, his operation execusion was excellent, I went home after a few hours in the hospital and am pain free ever since. Could not ask for a better outcome.
