Dr. Michael Waronker, DO

Terrible, uncaring, dismissive, rude, abrupt doctor who should never be a doctor over any human being and maybe not even animals, yes he is that bad!!!! He rushed through my appointment, did not care to hear about my prior conditions or issues and kept cutting me off so I could not express my issues then had the audacity to schedule surgery void of fully reviewing my files. If the board of physicians actually understood how he functions I truly believe that they would seriously question if he should still be practicing. If someone has urgent issues that require dialogue between the patient and Dr. Waronker if they can’t get their point across in one sentence they will leave with their medical issues unaddressed in totality. If you care about yourself I strongly suggest that you run if this doctor ever has to see you. How can you have an appointment in 5 or 6 minutes. He by far is the ultimate worst doctor that I have ever seen. Some doctors may not have a bedside manner but they will… do their job. Dr Waronker lacks the basic fundamentals that are needed to assist a patient that is in need of GI services.

I had a very disappointing experience. Went to Dr. Waronker for a second opinion. I've been in bad condition for 3 months, he ordered some tests and didn’t give me any medication. I had to insist to see the test results. After 2 very short visits he didn’t diagnose me, ordered useless tests and told me to follow up after 2 months. He is distracted, rude and non-caring. He doesn’t listen, doesn’t pay attention, always in a hurry. I don’t recommend him. He doesn’t know what to do. Wasted time and hopes.

I recently saw Dr. Waronker for a consultation for my first colonoscopy. I was very anxious. His pleasant bedside manner quickly put me at ease. An added plus was his nice and very efficient office staff

Dr . Waronker was very attentive to my needs. He was thoughtfull and compationate. In addition, he spent considerable time answering questions from my husband.I would definitely refer friends and family to see Dr. Waronker.

My experience with this particular doctor was a complete disaster. I found him to be off putting and temperamental. He performed a procedure on me after meeting me for a whole 45 seconds. During our brief introduction I explained to him that I had extreme anxiety and needed relief or I may not be able to carry on with the procedure. His response to this was, quote "Don't threaten me". I then said "I am not threatening you, I am telling you how I feel". After my procedure, he barely spoke to me only saying "We didn't really see anything" and left the room. I was barely conscience- I have no idea what he saw or did because he never took the time to speak to me. He was uninformative and abrasive. I will no longer continue my care with "Dr." Waronker.
