dr washinsky doesn't seem to know much about the TMS he offers ad is heavy handed with meds I'm trying to decrease my valium he wants to increase it. Nice guy, but not the sharpest knife in the drawer

I'm so disappointed. Was refered by my doctor. The young lady who makes appointments was so rude, and aggressive that I had to end my first conversation with her. She called back a weak later and again became extremely rude, and kept saying, "you sound like you have an anger disorder". She's not a doctor, and it's illegal to diagnose a patient over the phone like she did. I said I wasn't angry, but I wanted to know how many appointments were needed so I knew how to budget. $400 an hour is extremely expensive. Then she continued to say "you are angry" over and over. She was extremely aggressive. Finally, I couldn't take it any more and said some very angry words back. Her response was, "There it is.. AHAHAHAHAH. and continued to laugh because she thought it was funny to make someone who's looking for mental health angry. Two really disturbing conversations and I will never talk to them again. I called back and left a message that I'd like to talk to the doctor, but he… obviously doesn't care enough about people to fix what they've done wrong. It seems to me that if you are gullible enough to pay $400 an hour and not know how many appointments you're going to need, then they will gladly take your money and not care about you at all. If a person that works for this man is so aggressive I'm now concerned about my HIPPA right being violated by her in the small town where we live. She thinks it's funny. I don't.
