I didn't receive any treatment , left his office with BP190/90 said I had old fashion arthritis. Covered with itching hives. went immediately to closest ER spent 3 hours with IV to treat BP that was 210/90 If you are over 75yrs old avoid him!!!!

She has been seeing this crack pfor 2 yrs, was injected with the influenza vaccine while pregnant and something went wrong, my Daughter could not walk without assistance her feet swelled turning a terrible shade of red, not to mention all the othe aches & pains in her body so he tells he she has arthritis. Now we are 2yrs in still has no answer but start this lupus medicine, I dont know if u have it but take the medicine. Who treats without a diagnosis. Needless to say glad he is gone out of that office off my Daughter's treatment and hopefully there is someone in that office or elsewhere that can give my Daughter the answers she has waited for 2yrs for.

The office staff greeted me with smiles and walked me through the new patient appointment easily. I only waited 10 minutes and was taken to an exam room with no delay. Dr Watterson came in shortly thereafter and listened intently while I explained the reason for my visit. He must have spent 45 minutes with me, trying to unravel the mystery that is my immune system. I was in wheelchair and he took the time and care to wheel me to the lab for my blood draw, talking to me all the while. His medical knowledge ran deep and it seems so does his empathy and encouragement and compassion. The anxiety over changing rheumatologist's is no more!

My visit was a good experience. Dr. Watterson did have a tick of rocking back and forth when he was in depth thought about my case but he took his time to review all the test results from the referring doctor. He asked lots of questions and listen to all my concerns. Turns out I do not have any autoimmune disorders that the referring doctor had previous diagnosed. I did not feel rushed at all. Very impressed with the staff and Dr. Watterson!!!

How can a Dr just look at you and diagnose you? No blood work, no exrays .Would not let me or my husband tell any thing and if you are a Lyme disease patient don't go to him he said he did not want to hear about it . Lose weight and deal with age and wear and tear on bones . Should have known something was up when his nurse began explaining about his behaviors before seeing him. Strange appointment. I don't think he is comfortable with people maybe? Very disappointed and still in pain witch was never discussed along with other things.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Watterson for about 2 years. From day one he has been very professional. I see the Nurse Practitioner Cathrine Clarke, she is really good and sweet. Thumbs up to the faculty too, always a welcomed visit at his Knoxville office.

Dr. Patterson is a very knowledgeable and caring physician. I have been seeing him for eighteen months and have been very pleased with his medical diagnosis.
