No reminder phone calls, no reminder texts, but they will send you a bill immediately should you fail to show for an appointment which was scheduled a full year before, even if you reschedule. Once a person gets there, the time to get into a room is quick, however, Dr. Way is always well behind. It doesn't matter if the appointment is at 8:30, he won't be in the room until 9:00. His staff is nice enough, but they have no concept of using the technology at hand to make patient reminder calls, or they can't be bothered to waste their time doing so.

Dr. Wayt always takes the time to listen and has a plan to help. I wouldn’t consider going to any other family doctor.

Dr Wayt use to listen now he is in a hurry all the time . He had gotten a new P A named Katy who was great but the female staff ran her off his other P A does not have a clue he needs a new staff especially Sandy needs to go.

in the last 5 years, he can't get you out of the door fast enough. The last medical problem took three trips to his office to get medical relief. His office staff is nice but all of it is undone by Sandy and her porcupine personality.

Wish I had stated with him sooner, Everyone at the office is excellent

My overall experience has been wonderful. Everytime I have been sick, the doctor, PA, and staff listen thoroughly and I always leave feeling as if I have all my questions answered.
