In my last visit to him after I was up off the examination table and fully clothed standing up and talking to him he suddenly reached over and pulled my skirt right up and looked right at my vagina area and said hahaha no underpants hahaha with no explanation of why he did it or what he thought he was doing and I was misdiagnosed in their department and told I only had arthritis in my hip joint and soon after leaving their found out both of my hip joints are bone on bone and I need to be completely replaced

Outstanding Doctor! Very professional yet has a great sense of humor which puts patient at ease. My wife was very nervous about her fractured wrist but Dr Wienstien put her at ease and explained the procedures. I would recommend this Doctor to all.
