Dr. Michael Paul Weinstein, MD

Dr. Weinstein is one of, if not the most, respected orthopedic surgeons in the orange county area. He correctly diagnosed a stress fracture in my L4 and caught it early saving me from surgery and or a broken spine. I work at a physical therapy center and over 70 percent of patients there are sent from Dr. Weinstein. I have heard nothing but the best reviews from our patients and it shows from his continued success in this field. I know from experience in physical therapy that most people who didn't agree with his diagnosis are usually unwilling to listen and put in the effort to better themselves. These patients are looking for a quick fix and that is usually not how back problems and surgery work. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Dr. Weinstein who is experiencing back issues. You will not be disappointed.

I was referred to Dr Weinstein by personal injury lawyers(both defense and plaintiff). He was careful to explain my condition and needed surgery with care and detail. He followed up with my recovery daily. Post surgery advice was invaluable. I strongly recommend.

After a whiplash injury, I had previous treatment at a very basic clinic. I was still having much trouble with my neck not improving, so they referred me to Dr. Weinstein. Finally! I was able to start improving. FYI, it can be a very busy office, which might be daunting to some, but that did not bother me - because I knew I wanted a better outcome. In my discussions with the doctor, he listened well, was pleasant, and respectful. As far as my treatment, he was clear and explained the options well. I didn't get any sense of rushing when he answered my many questions - quite the contrary, he took the time needed. I highly recommend Dr Weinstein and I still mention him to friends if they are in need of an Orthopaedic Surgeon.

Dr. Weinstein is an outstanding doctor. He is conservative in his approach, not quick to rush into surgery.

I liked everything about him. Took the time to talk, made me feel comfortable with his expertise, and did a great job with the surgery.

He spent not even 10 minutes with me and charged $627.00 just for the visit! I never saw something like this before. I am shocked and extremely frustrated. Definitely don't recommend.
