I went to establish primary care which somehow ended up being billed for something completely different. The doctor does not even know or pretends. It to understand what his patients/clients are asking him. Horrible communication. I have been an RN for 15 years and have NEVER been treated so poorly by a "medical professional". Stay far away from this establishment because you won't get good treatment or care here.

I think Dr. Welsh is wonderful he makes the time to listen to you,and if he feels what you have is out of his speciality he does not hesitate to send you to another Dr. I appreciate a Dr. Like that.

I have been going to White River Family care for many years I love the staff and the way they make you feel so at home. The care is great and they always have time

I personally think Welsh is an idiot. His mis-diagnosed so many patients and I personally was mis-diagnosed by him back in the early 90's for a broken bone. Find another Doctor!
