Dr. Michael John White, MD

Had laser resurfacing with Dr. White. Could not Be any happier. The office is very welcoming. The Surgical team was very competent. Would recommend Him to anyone. Results were superb.

Did an excellent job with my procedure. Office visits are almost too quick, but he is always pleasant and did explain my surgery. He was very thorough and meticulous and is a very skilled surgeon which is what you want for yourself!! And another thing, I am very pleased with my results!

Dr. White is an amazing doctor. He took his time to explain everything that he was going to do for my surgery and my recovery. Margaret was amazing in helping me with paperwork I needed filled out for work. Leah the PA is amazing and explained everything very well. Her personality is perfect for her Profession. Kelly was a wonderful nurse also. I saw other reviews about the office staff that were negative. I never once had an issuer at all. I left a message for Margaret that was returned within 15 minutes. I also left a Message for the nurse and it was returned within 15 minutes. Everyone I talked to at the office was nothing more than helpful. Don’t always read the negative comments and base your decision on that. I can not tell you enough how pleased I was. I am thankful that my family doctorrecommended Dr. White. 5 Stars

I cannot rate his medical care. I had an initial consult and saw him two hours after my appointment time. Sent for MRI. Lots more runaround. Six week later, I’m finally in. But they ask me to bring my MRI disc. They don’t have the results. I get in (late again) give them the disc and I’m left in the patient room for an another hour. I come out to hear that they can’t get my disc to load. I ask for it back and tell the doctor I have no confidence in having him cut into my body (to remove a tumor between my muscle and lung). There are ten people working the office. It’s impossible to get anyone to pick up the phone. You leave messages and they don’t call back. Waste of money, time and now I’m back to finding a new doctor. By the way, he was referred to my by one if the department heads as being the best. The whole system there is a nightmare.

Dr. White was very clear and open about the potential drawbacks in con tinting with my reconstruction. He was articulate and clear.

Dr. White is a total jerk. The surgery he performed on me failed and after that he had no answers to why. I had to go to UPMC plastic surgery and they did a much better job. Dr White was a total waste of time. His surgery did absolutely nothing. UPMC took a total different approach and results were much better. No wonder y Allegheny Health Network can't compete with UPMC not with crapy drs like Dr White

Dr. White is a very nice, and warm surgeon. His personality helped to put my mind at ease when discussing a difficulty topic. He explained procedure, risks and benefits thoroughly and answered any questions I had

It took six weeks to get an appointment and three months before he can do the procedure. What I thought would be done in one surgrry, he wants to divide into three. It is ridiculous to have to wait so long especially since I'm paying for it.

Still waiting for appointment 2 months after initial consultation.
