Dr. Whitworth has been a member of Grekin Skin Institute and Advanced Dermatology of Michigan since 2003 and has performed thousands of Mohs surgeries. He is a fellow member of the American Society for Mohs Surgery and board certified in Mohs surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology. He graduated from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He was chief resident in dermatology at Oakwood Southshore/Michigan State University. Dr. Whitworth has done multiple presentations at Dermatologic Society meetings locally and nationally. In addition, he has trained resident physicians as a clinical preceptor in the Beaumont Southshore Dermatology Program.

Being the first time visit to the office was a very nice experience, staff was very nice along with Dr. Whitworth who I felt very comfortable with during my visit with him. Highly recommand Dr. Whitworth due to his years of experience and nice treatment you recieve in his care, also kudos to the staff again. Dr Grekin should be proud!

This doctor is worthless. Treated me for a condition he THOUGHT I had rather than doing a biopsy. I was misdiagnosed and his treatment protocol just messed me up more. Don't waste your time on this moron. Go to a naturopath. Your body will thank you.

Dr Whitworth is a wonderful dr that actually seems to care about the comfort and care of his patients. I was able to get an apt very quickly (unheard of in a specialist!) and was given quick relief for a very bothersome condition. Thank you and all of your wonderful staff! I highly recommend Dr Whitworth!

Even though I waited 20 minutes, it was well worth the wait. Since he does alot of skin cancer surgeries, I wanted to see someone that was good. He came highly reccommended. He didn't make me reschedule to do a skin biopsy and the nurse actually gave me a cell phone number to call with questions. Dr. Whitworth is well worth the wait.
