Thorough body exam but dismissed all of my questions and rolled his eyes on me at least once.

For two years, I had been pointing out a bump with a hole in it to Dr. W. He kept telling me it was an “enlarged pore.” I recently went to another dermatologist in another practice for another concern, and the first thing she said when she saw my face was, “Oh, I don’t like the looks of that. I’m going to biopsy it.” Sure enough, the biopsy said I had basal cell. I had to have Mohs surgery, and because it had been there for so long, it required a deeper, more involved surgery. I now have a big scar on my face and have to go to a plastic surgeon for revision.

Great Doctor....Horrible Receptionists. They are all super rude. If you hate your job don't take it out on me. Trust me I don't call because I want to, I have to reschedule an appointment so stop it with the sighing/attitude and do your job.
