Came into ER with a shattered ankle. He had great bedside manner and was very patient/understanding. Explained everything thoroughly and referred me to a orthopedic surgeon he personally knew. I would loved to have had him as my surgeon.

Dr. Woods is the best! An amazing doctor in all aspects from treating my husband’s wounds to having concern and care for his entire well being…knowledgeable, compassionate, reassuring and all the other many qualities someone would look for when seeking care. It was apparent that Dr Woods and the nurse staff at the Porter Wound Care Treatment Center in Valparaiso, are truly dedicated to treating their patients with the utmost care and enough positive things cannot be said about the entire experience from start to finish!

He was quick to diagnose and treat my condition. Provided prompt attentive care with frequent follow-ups. In the ER he couldn't locate an available nurse and took it upon himself to get me some snacks and a bottle of water.

Great bedside manner! Wish he could be my GP very down to earth and takes time to listen. Very thorough and knows his stuff!
