My family and I have been seeing Dr Zerafa for almost 3 years. He is Young, but an old school doctor. He actually gets to know you and helps you with issues instead of judging you. Glad to have finally found a doctor that really cares and doesn't make you feel like a number!!!

Our entire family adores and trusts Dr Zerafa and the lovely Holly. He will offer treatment plan options and cover the pros and cons until I can make informed decisions about my family's health care. Best doctor I've ever had.

Dr. Zerafa took the time to get to know me and my children. He seems to genuinely care about the health of me and my family.

Makes time for his patients and is informative.

I love this office

Whenever I call to get myself or my family in, he is always booked up. Even when my daughter had strep throat he was going to make her wait 2 days to see him; so we went to Urgent Care instead, then got reprimanded by Dr. Zerafa for going elsewhere for care! I would definitely not recommend his practice to anyone. They only work 27 hours a week and they have way to many patients to treat properly.

Dr. Zerafa is a very caring and compassionate physician with excellent bedside manner. He always returns call in an emergency or even if I have a simple question. I have been worked in his appointments a couple times on the day I called having experienced some medical emergencies with my health which I appreciate greatly. I also appreciate his staff as well. Wonderful doctor!

First time patient. I'm a senior citizen. My doctor left Michigan. It was pretty easy to get an appointment. $18 charge to transfer records. After first appointment. The billing staff refused to rebill my insurance. After they billed it wrong. It was a simple fix. I visited the office two times and wrote two letters asking Lisa to please rebill with info insurance company asked for. She refused. Eventually I paid the charges in full. Just to be done with this office staff. Then they turned a paid in full bill over to collections. I sent all the info to the collection company. And the billing was dropped. There is no way to get a message to the doctor. Since the biller is also the office manager.

I called to see if this office accepted my insurance. I needed to find a new office since my doctor of 15 years left town. I was assured yes they do accept my insurance. I then made and kept my appointment. Office staff billed incorrectly to my insurance. I have tried calling, going to the office and writing a letter to the biller. She refuses to rebill my insurance with the correct info about the doctor. So my insurance can review the claim for payment. Nice doctor. Terrible office staff.
