My experiences with this office have not been as pleasant as others claim. The receptionists are horrible at returning calls unless you’re trying to make an appointment. I’ve called for serious issues and concerns about my young son, left messages for Dr. Z, have needed medical records and most times no response. There is no email and no one answers the phone. You HAVE to leave a message which is crazy for a pediatrician’s office where parents have questions. Although Dr. Z is kind, his approach was too lax and I felt as if I could never get a serious answer when asking questions about my son’s well-being at check-ups. Immunization shots were disorganized and overall we ended up having to choose another doctor. It’s a shame because I had high hopes in having my son see someone who looked like him.

I've know Dr. Z for quite some time. His compassion for his patients young and old is unbelievable. Dr. Z will go out of his way to help any and everyone. I had a situation where my brother had been seeing a doctor for 4 years with a skin condition and each time he saw this doctor he did absolutely nothing to clear up my brother's skin. I spoke with Dr. Z about my brother Dr. Z told me to take pictures of my brother's body and text them to him. when I got to work the next day Dr. Z informed me of what was wrong with my brother's skin and sent him in prescriptions to the pharmacy to help him. all I can say is that my brother is thankful for Dr. Z and has stopped going to that primary care doctor that apparently knew nothing. I WILL SAY THANK YOU AND THANK YOU DR. Z FOR ALL THAT YOU DO FOR EVERYONE.

My Boys love him as do I. He is very knowledgeable and takes very good care of them. I also get my flu shot with my children during their appointment. Office Hours are convenient. Staff know and acknowledge every child. I referred a co/worker and she loves him as well.

This is a horrible practice, which is sad, considering how lovely Dr. Z is. They never answer their phones, and it can take weeks for a return voicemail. If your child is sick, you're better off taking them to urgent care, because they'll never call you back to get you in for an appointment. Because of their lack of follow-up, I switched to a different pediatrician. I sent them a letter expressing my regrets at leaving their practice, and no response...months later, my children's new doctor hasn't received a reply to their written request for a copy of our family's medical records.

I havebeen going to dr Z for 25 yrs and now i take my daughter there he is a wonderful caring person he takes his time with each patinet explain things to you so you can understand things overall he is the best doctor around
