Michaela Smith, FNP-C is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in managing primary care health conditions across the lifespan, weight management, and DOT Physicals. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2023. During that time, she was honored and inducted into the honor societies of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and The Society for Collegiate Leadership and Achievement for academic excellence. Before that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from William Carey University in 2018.

Mrs. Smith has six years of nursing experience in various areas like Oncology, Hematology, acute adult post-abdominal transplant, surgical oncology, and medical-surgical. Before Michaela Smith started her nursing career, she started a family. She met her husband and best friend, Phillip Smith, while she actively served in the United States Marine Corps alongside him.
