Dr. Michal Tadeusz Krauze, MD

Despite advanced lung cancer my husband got another 4 years of life. Dr. Krauze gave us a very honest outlook upon meeting him and was very caring throughout our journey. He also made sure that my husbands last months where without discomfort. Could not ask for more.

Explained chemo and immunotherapy in detail to my mother, made sure nutritional support is given on each treatment. Was available throughout treatment for questions and symptom management.

We found Dr. Krauze to be very knowledgeable, but cold and arrogant. Our children all live out of town. He refused to speak to any of them on the phone about their father's condition. He said they would have to come to appointments if they wanted to speak to him directly. We found a much more caring oncologist and have been happy with the change.

I see someone said this prior but - Avoids conversation regarding prognosis. He kept telling my dad there were more options and had him under the impression he could be cured, even though my dad had widespread mets and was stage IV B at diagnosis. Refused to answer my questions when I was at appointments because “there’s no need to focus on that, only on getting better”

Dr. Krauze gave my mother a very honest opinion about her cancer and treatment options
