I was being treated very poorly at the billing area by the manager & the supervisor offer no help whatsoever! After consultation for my next appt.the bill was given to me stating I owed $8,522.34 I was stunned!!! Therefore,I have proof this bill was paid for by my insurance.So, I called to confirm & I was right the bill was paid I only owed $31.00 I found out I over paid due to the $1000 deposit before surgery plus more payments ,referrals was presented & accepted!! For this moment still waiting for reimbursement that I was overcharged & unresolved issues.Dr Booth is an excellent surgeon ,I was please was he has done for me but unfortunately according to the billing , I cannot make an appointment further!Till this day is been a headache for their incompetents...

Stay away! Shady billing department. I’m so disappointed with our experience here and will let Dr. Dimock know (my referring dentist). I asked for the costs upfront before making a decision on how to proceed with my daughter’s extractions. Based on the estimate I was given, I continued with the appointment to have the work done. Then a few weeks later I was notified by their billing department that we owed an additional $400 - a 100% increase on the original estimate. We called with our confusion and were told that when I asked for the estimate, I did not use the correct vocabulary. Our insurance rep can’t even understand what this office is doing or why they gave me an inaccurate estimate. They lack transparency and customer-centered care. You have a choice for your oral surgery - go elsewhere because you cannot trust their billing procedures.

Unfortunately my tooth beside the tooth that was extracted was fractured during the procedure and hav to be removed the next day , it was loud and uncomfortable during the first extraction. I could've used earplugs maybe ? I lost a good tooth I needed to chew with I'm only 40! Ugh Dr. Bufalini was great , fast efficient fixed the error after I sat in pain overnight with a fractured tooth just from a simple extraction of a bad one.
