Dr Arcand, what can I say. He made me feel comfortable and let me say what my issues were and what were my options. He's very understanding and knowledgeable about the shoulder, for now we put off surgery but we can always go down that road if need be. Hopefully with therapy there will be no surgery. But if I do need surgery .. Dr Arcand is who I would want.

Dr. Arcane is excellent., he explains everything to you and is through. Glad I am a patient here.

I, and my family of athletes, have been visiting Dr Arcand for many years. The PAs, specifically Savannah and Nathan, and Dr Arcand are always great. This time around, Dr Arcand gave me a shoulder injection and went thru all options with me. Always a pleasure to see and get cared for. The wait is usually extensive but something to be expected at this point and I’ll take it being they spend the time necessary when seen.

The doctor and assistant was very informative Fast appt time. Will always choose this dr. For all my mishaps!! Thank you dr. Arcand!

Dr. Arcand is very knowledgeable. He made my experience very easy and I am thankful.

I had a visit to review my MRI. I first met with the PA, who was great. She explained everything detail by detail. Asking repeatedly if I had any questions. I then met with Dr. Arcand, who also explained my results detail by detail. They both spent a good amount of time with me. I felt very comfortable leaving the appointment.

The only reason for a 4 *rating is that I waited over an hour to be seen. But, once in, the PA and Dr Arcand were great. PA gave me shoulder injection and Dr. Arcand came in to see me after that. I’ve been here before for same injury so I knew what to expect. Dr. Arcand communicated options well and was very easy to talk to.
