Dr. Michel Y Dubois, MD

I have been seeing Dr DuBois for over a year and cannot think of a better doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring- a great mixture (and isn’t afraid to be tough when you need it, but never at the patients expense).

Mr. Dubois belongs in France not in New York. He's incompetent and knows zero about pain management.

The Dr. didn't empathize with what I was saying. It was as if we lived in different cities with different life styles. He couldn't understand how difficult preparation for Passover was and didn't listen to my concerns. I had to call my general doctor to answer my concerns about the medication.

Rude. Does not listen to the patient. Does not answer questions. Prescribed a huge dangerous combination of several drugs for relatively minor pain. This was checked out with another doctor who told me that if I took all the drugs he prescribed I could have died. There is something wrong with this guy.

This doctor will make you feel bad! He'll be smiling one day and frown on your next visit. He totally disregards patient's concerns and does it quite arrongantly. Doesn't like if his treatment is not working. He'll leave you on the mercy of his trainees to save his time and won't even look at you when you ask him a question and the answer is mostly a shut up call. I've seen him over a dozen times and now I'm ready to change my doctor. I don't like to change a doctor. I'm with my primary care physician for 23 years and eye specialist for 19 years. He's setting a bad example for his students.
