I would give zero stars if possible. This doctor is a major red flag. I saw him a handful of times, never missed an appt always on time. I had post partum depression/anxiety. I needed a med refill and contacted the office. The office said to contact the pharmacy, so I did. After waiting with no refills I called the office again and a message was sent to the doctor. More time passed and I asked the pharmacy to refax him for my refill. Next thing I know the office is saying I need an appt to get a refill. I went in for the appt and was scolded, he wouldn’t even allow me to talk and labeled me a drug seeker. I didn’t even have any medication to abuse because he wouldn’t fill it! He said I called too many times asking for medication. He told me to submit a urine test or I wouldn’t get any more refills. The urine was of course clean which I am sure upset him. He is incompetent, a bully and doesn’t listen. he clearly has an issue with women. I was treated terribly as a post partum first time… mother. He is the reason people do not seek mental health care. He should especially not be caring for the elderly in my opinion.

Always had a 15-20 minute wait. Felt like he was never paying attention. Always felt rushed. The office seemed more about getting paid than anything else. Not a very good experience. Would not recommend as most the other reviews show.

his character is more than questionable

Dr. Rondon is tenacious in finding effective medications and dosages. He is kind and patient. He listens and thoroughly answers any questions. He is easy to talk to.

I felt bullied and belittled by this angry scared provider. Did not listen had own agenda wasted time and money no help. The most negative thing that happened to me at a pro. Visit. Child like personality and worse bedside manner.fun fact.. Educated in 3rd wold country. Careful

Dr. Michel Rondon-Vidal is the first Dr. I have EVER put 100% faith in. I trust him, to me, that is everything.
