Dr. Michel Siegel, MD

I would not recommend. I had very bad results from my rhinoplasty here several years ago. I chose this surgeon because he is supposed to be good at rhinoplasty. Well, the right side of my bridge is like it is missing support and looks completely different from the left side. It feels dented in compared to the left side. Also, the nostril on my right is higher. Extremely noticeable when I smile. The main reason I wanted to have rhinoplasty done was for the width of my nose and nostrils. Now the bridge is narrower, but I have flared nostrils that don't fit the bridge. My nose looked so much better before. My profile on left is completely different as well. One side is fuller on the tip and the other is completely straight. I have regretted surgery for 10+ years and have been recently researching revisions. I would not recommend.

Excellent, excellent surgeon. After a bad rhinoplasty, I got a REALLY bad revision. 8( I desperately needed another revision! I was considering two other surgeons in the area, but after talking on the phone with all three offices, I decided to make the appointment with Dr. Siegel. Dr. Siegel is very kind, caring, professional, and honest. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions as well as my husband's. Needless to say, I was really scared to have another revision done for fear it would come out worse. He put me and my husband right at ease. I truly believe he is a highly skilled surgeon. He corrected the revision done by another surgeon who left me with a dent in the front of my nose which made it look crooked among other things. Today he took off my nose cast and I am very impressed with the results. My nose is still swollen, but looks amazing! I am beyond happy with my nose now. I can be out in public without being embarrassed again. Dr. Siegel's staff is also so… very friendly and knowledgeable. Sheila is so helpful and very kind. On the phone, she answered all the questions I had before I even made the appointment with Dr. Siegel. I feel I made a friend for life. I highly recommend Dr. Siegel and his staff.

Today was my first visit with Siegel, and I am very pleased and impressed! Sometimes it is difficult for new patients to explain exactly what they want. Dr. Siegel is very patient and attentive. He listens carefully and does not make you feel rushed. His advice is precise, and he does not try to get you to do more than you want. He is friendly, honest, professional, and makes sure you understand everything and answers all questions before you leave his office. His work is amazing, and he is truly a gifted surgeon. Dr. Siegel's team is equally impressive. His office manager, Sheila, is warm and friendly and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. His Patient Care Coordinator, Gina Romer, is an angel! She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and she makes you feel at home with friends. She is passionate about what she does and it shows! She is so friendly and warm and goes out of her way to explore and explain procedures, options, and pricing. I absolutely love… everything about Dr. Siegel's practice and strongly recommend him and his staff!

I have had a very good experience with Dr. Siegel, Rikki and Christina. I had rhinoplasty and I am very pleased with my results and the level of care I have received. Dr. Siegel's approach is excellent and I consider myself lucky to have scored him as a surgeon.

I choose Dr. Siegel to perform my rhinoplasty after observing him perform flawless surgery after surgery for years. As an operating room nurse, I have observed plenty of Plastic Surgeons perform every type of procedure, and it is self evident when a Surgeon has a natural skill, or he does not. I waited for years to have my nose surgery, until I found a surgeonI felt comfortable with-and Dr. Siegel is that and more. He is the true embodiement of a great Doctor. His skills are above pure excellence, and his demeanor is always professional and compassionate. My entire experience with him, and his office has surpassed my expectations. WOW!!! Had a neck/face lift, fillers to my cheeks and under eyes and Dr Siegel did an AMAZING job. I look at least 10 yrs. younger, but very natural-He dialed back the clock. I could not be happier with the outcome of my surgery, he is a master of the face and of proper proportions. My incisions are imperceptible, my neck is defined and my jaw line is back :).

Third time is the charm!- Took me 2 plastic surgeons before I was recommended to Dr Siegel to get the right result for lip filler. He took a look at me, and immediately knew what the problem was. Treatment was painless (not the two previous times), the results were immediately amazing, and I had almost no swelling at all- I went right back to work! I will definitely not go anywhere else.

Dr. Siegel performed a septoplasty and a rhinoplasty 5 years ago, and I am still thrilled with both-the breathing results and the cosmetic improvements to my nose. As a nurse myself, I know results are so dependent on the Doctor you choose, and Dr. Siegel is, in my personal opinion, as 'good as it gets' Why so late with this review. Because I finally returned to his office. I have reached my mid 40's and have accepted the fact that I am ready to start doing botox, so rather than risk it somewhere else, I decided to come to the best.
