Very impressed with her detective work

Bait & Switch I was scheduled for an EMG with Dr. Arnold 3 weeks away. The afternoon before the appointment, her office called to tell me that she would not be doing my test, a trainee would be doing it instead. I was given no choice (other than to cancel & reschedule, for which they'd bill me a late cancellation fee.) I was assured that Dr. Arnold would be present throughout my entire appointment. She wasn't. Trainee was unable to do testing on me due to extreme pain. $549.00!

Made appt. for an EMG in 3 weeks. Afternoon before my appt, the clinic calls: Dr. A. won’t be performing my test, she’s having a trainee do it. I get no choice; trainee is doing it and if I want to cancel, they’d bill me for it since it was less than 24 hours’ notice. I was assured that Dr. A, as the supervising doc, would be in the room the entire time. Dr. Arnold was not present for history, physical, or attempt at testing. Trainee was unable to do it due to the extreme level of pain caused by his attempt. I get the bill later: $549.00, for services provided by Dr. Arnold at her professional rate. Should have listened to my surgeon & gone to the Polyclinic.

She is an ok neighbor i think so

Dr. Arnold made a difficult test very easy and was very efficient and skilled at nerve conduction testing and EMG. We are so lucky to have someone with her skills in our small community.
