Dr. Michele Barbara Berkeley, MD

Staff don't follow up I called to find out my results the medical assistant said she would call back never did so I did call back a week later the next assistant answer said oh it's sitting on her desk she hasn't got to it it's been a month I'm waiting still with my uterus all messed up I paid for everything out of my pocket bc I have no insurance I also think they over book too much people at the same time my positive experience she told me something was wrong seem concern lets get all of this done and so I have done and still waiting it's very irresponsible and neglect of patients

I wanted to just say how greateful for having even being able to grace her presence. She is a fantastic doctor. My first visit with her lasted well over an hour and she diagnosed me with an auto immune disease that I never heard of until i came into her office and sat with her. I have been to various doctors over the years and no one could tell me what my problem was, i wouldn't just settle for their explanation but i still needed to come across a good doctor. well she exists in Dr. Berkeley, she even called me at home during the weekend to give me my dx. because of her, i am not treating an ongoing illness in which i have to see a rhuematologist but now i know what i have and am able to get treatment for it. unfortunately the good doctor works/sees kaiser patients and i have blue cross so i'm not able to see her anymore but i just had to let you all know what a wonderful person she is. I still go to the office she was working out at WHC, just seeing another doctor, but no one… is better than dr. berkeley.

I recently met Dr Berkeley MD and she surpassed all of my expectations... with all my years of having different private doctors she was the very first to tell me I have PCOS which can be a big issue when trying to have children. I had no clue that I have it or even what it was,, Now that I know I'm working on having kids despite my medical issues. She's GREAT!!!

Dr. Berkeley saved my life!! She is an excellent surgeon willing to take risk for her patients. She completed a potentially major surgery on me in a little bit of time and everything went perfectly. Even though my case had been turned down by several others. Only Dr. Berkeley was good enough to go in and fix it. Very intelligent woman.

While I feel that Dr. Berkeley is an excellent doctor medically speaking, I must say I was completely turned off when I heard her go off on the staff. Not only did she lose her temper, she used profanity, which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Apparently, she didn't think that patients oould hear her. However, no one deserves to be treated that way.

Dr. Berkeley herself is a wonderful physician: kind, caring, she listends, and she is helpful The reason I had to mark a 1 for accuracy in diagnosing is because I never RECEIVED the diagnosis after repeated calls to her office. Moreover, I left messages on the prescription phoneline that were never called in after repeated messages, I did not receive a return phone call twice from the office supervisor, and my pharmacist at CVS tried for over week to request information from the administrative staff before they were able to fill a vital prescription.Last, when I called after two weeks to get the results of my pap smear, the woman who answered the phone said "if we didn't call you, then it was fine."I refuse to ever go back to Dr. Berkeley soley because of her staff.

Dr. Berkeley is a very good and thorough doctor. She is not my primary ob gyn but I saw her during office rotations and she delivered my daughter since she was the on call doctor when I went into labor. She is very smart, knowleable and experienced. I recommend her 100 percent.

this doctor knows her medical stuff and is very good bedside manner. her staff is another matter. appointment staff very rude and a total turnoff. only becuz i know doctor is exceptional that tolerate rude office staff. Dr is very bright and efficient and sensitive to patient's complaints. She really listens to u and responds. She gives u ur time so i dont mind waiting a bit.Hope she does not become disenchanted like other obgyns wehre u feel like u are at speed dating. 3 minutes and they're gone! Dont even think they see ur face! U know the type!Great doctor! I give her 5 stars. I give her rude front office management a 2!

Dr. Michele Berkely, nows what she is doing, she gives you the best treatment. She goes out of her way to for her patients. She takes her time to explain things to you & when she gives you a diagnose she is rite. She takes care of her patients and she puts them first. She is a wonderful person & a caring doctor. She has the best office in St. Croix & her staff is very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Michele Berkeley.

I have no dislikes about Dr. Berkeley she was the best doctor I ever had I loved everything about her and her office I was one of her patient in the Virgin Islands before she left to go to Washington DC and really miss her along with her many other patients.
