Dr. Michele J Burgess, MD

One of the best dermatologists I’ve been to in a long time. I recently had her do a once over for skin cancer procedures. She did a great job, didn’t have any problems. Will continue coming here.

Had an appointment set for a certain time, they respected my time and I respect that. I didn’t have to wait very long at all. Answered all my questions as well.

Dr. Burgess is a wonderful dermatologist. My eczema has been an ongoing issue for years. I’ve seen a huge difference in how things have looked since coming here. She’s a wonderful doctor who listens, seems to care.

My child suffers from eczema. We’ve been to a few doctors but we both like Dr. B the best. We never feel rushed and she takes her time.

I saw Dr. Burgess about 6 months ago for shingles (the size of half a dollar bill). It didn’t go away fast, so I thought I needed to see a doctor and I did. I was prescribed a few things that made it go away faster. Would recommend her.

Caring dermatologist. She goes out of her way to make sure people feel great. I’ve noticed a big difference in my appearance since I started to see her.

Took the time to explain the treatment plan and the problem I was dealing with. Had a small case of shingles, she was quite helpful.

I went to see this doctor for treatment and she was on the covered provider list for my insurance. When i went to the office her staff refused to file a claim with my insurance and even refused to give me all the information so I could not file a claim with my insurance. I ended up paying her out of pocket for services that should have been covered. My insurance provider then reached back to her to get information so they could reimburse me for the services, I later found out that she dismissed me her practice just because she did not want to help me file claims and she was being spiteful. I am a health care provider myself and this doctor lacks professional courtesy. I would not recommend anyone to go to her practice.

Called around for a semi-emergency, I needed stitches and they were able to see me within the hour. When I first showed, I had to wait about 10 minutes. Everything was great and my follow up visit was just as good. The removal of the stitiches were painless.
