Terrible doctor. Refused to give me an antibiotic when I was sick. Now I will suffer for 5 days away from home. Charged my credit card twice too.

Dr. Cammarata is a wonderful and thorough doctor. I have been a patient of hers, since she began practicing.

Dr. Cammarata is a great doctor but her office staff is horrible!! They are mean and nasty. I put it up with it for at least 8 years and today I'm done. I understand being stressed at work but they are constantly rude and nasty.

As I am pleased with the doctor herself, however, the office staff is almost abominable. More than rude, they are not responsive when there is an issue to which the doctor should be made aware immediately. I had an unnecessary, very bad experience because one member of the office staff didn't follow initial directions for where to send my prescriptions, and when I tried to reach the doctor to rectify the problem, this person was rude to me, the pharmacist, and never passed the message to the doctor so I can get the prescription filled. The ordeal was extremely stressful and detrimental to me, since one of the medications I awaited was for anti-anxiety...The office staff should be able to prioritize and be efficient AND considerate. She put me in a very bad way and I had to wait TWO HOURS at the pharmacy to get my prescription because of the demeanor and neglect of this person. It was a great hardship for me, even to get to the doctor's office, let alone to the pharmacy and have to go… through all that mess.

Hate coming here for appointment. I had a 9:15 appointment and I’m still here. I signed in at 8:50 sat for 30 mins before I’m asked for insurance information which was well after my appointment. And I’m still sitting waiting to be seen. An hours and nothing been don’t really hate this place they are losing on a patient for over 10 years.. front staff complete scam

I only saw Dr Cammarata once for a wellness check up and she was very nice, friendly and detailed with her questions about my health. I needed to see her 2 additional times but getting an appointment with her is very very hard.

dr cammarata is great, the staff at the reception area is another story..with exception of 1 or 2,they stink. they are rude,impatient, and unless your there in front of them they just leave you on hold till your fed up.. they are dealing with people who are not feeling well,if you cant show compassion then your doing the wrong job.

Saw a few reviews on the workers, not the doctor and didn't really paid much attention to it until I got a dose of it. Was about to tell the lady forget it I'll just find another doctor, then she decided to change her tone a little. There is no telling how many customers decided not to go with this business base on the service they get from the customer service representatives. Someone need to look how they represent this business.

Dr. Cam is one of the most caring doctors around today. Great bedside manner and works with the patient to help them in any way she can. I would never consider going to anyone else.

Had to cancel an appointment Mind you I called two days before the appointment to cancel and they argued with me "well if you cancel this you know you cant get antoher appointment for another three or four weeks" I said I know but I cant make it this week..they HUNG UP!! I called back and asked why they hung up..she said becuase my other lines were ringing and since I wasnt making another appointment there was no need to stay on the line...witches...
