Michele E Fass, MD

Dr. Fass has been my primary care ever since I’ve moved states. She is honest, straight to the point and extremely intelligent and trust worthy with her diagnosis. She has always answered my questions, she has always given me advice on my concerns. Great doctor, and Shepherdsville is lucky to have an individual that is able to provide this level of care to patients.

I have been visiting this office for years, and always been happy with the doctors and staff until my recent visit with Dr. Fass. She didnt introduce herself when entering the room. She was very short and seemed to focus on very non essential information. She questioned my every answer which also tells me she did not look at any prior medical history. Her diagnoses was that`s weird, I don`t know. I will not see her in the future. The rest of the staff was pleasant as usual.

Dr. Fass was very rude and had terrible bedside manner. My records were not reviewed prior to our appointment and she seemed to not want to take the time to actually listen to my concerns. I felt like another dollar sign and number to her. She handed me the paper at the end of the appointment and said "take this to the check out desk on your way out" and left the room. I had no idea if she was coming back or if that was the end of the appointment. So, I went ahead and left. I will not be coming back to this practice, which is a shame because I've been there for 20 years and really like the office staff. I honestly don't feel I should have to pay for the appointment.
