Great Doctor

Most memorable time is her spending more time than she had to with me when I was in danger, of loosing my right index finger. due to a severe staph infection

My experiences with Dr. Jordan and her staff has been a very good one! She and the staff are kind, patient, give me plenty of time to tell my problem, they listen attentively, and all my questions are answered so that I understand. Very easy to make an appt. and minimal wait time when I am at her office.

I love the Doctor but you can never reach anyone at the office by telephone. I think the weight loss clinic has become more important than setting up appointment to be seen by the Doctor. When I have had billing questions in the past the person that I've spoken with was rude and I often dread having to call with any billing question. But when you can never talk with a human it is hard to even get your answer to your question as of late.

Everytime I finally got an appointment, she just kept, ordering prescriptions, never advising me on how to avoid certain conditons
