Dr. Michele Deborah Kleiman, MD

Dr. Kleiman has been working with our autistic son for many years now. This past year has been particularly trying because our son has developed a 'mystery' illness which involves unpredictable attacks of severe pain. Not only has Dr. Kleiman helped us with constant review of medications and options, she has met with different doctors on our behalf locally and in Boston. I can not tell you how much having her by our side and not giving up has helped us weather this challenge. She is truly a blessing for our family.

My son has been a patient of Dr Kleiman for the last 8years. He is high functioning autistic, I took him to multiple doctors that were quick to throw a diagnosis at him. Dr Kleiman was so thorough listened to my concerns valued my opinion and those who care for my son on a daily basis. My son's progress is amazing and it is because of our team work! Dr Kleiman see's both my children. One for seizure's and the other for adhd. When my daughter started to have seizures, my son was already a patient there . As soon as the hospital recommended a neurologist I knew right away who I wanted Trinity to see. They were able to get her in asap! Dr Kleiman put my fears at ease. It is very comforting to know you can reach her outside of business hours for emergencies! She is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful disposition and personality. She is wonderful with children. I HIGHLY reccomend her!

I used to be a patient years ago and hated every second of each appointment. She refused to listen or take any consideration of my son's feedback about how me felt on the meds she prescribed. Her appointments aren't long and she crams as many as she can each day which is clearly meant for her wallet. I had a five year old with us and he was over tired and started to act up and she had the nerve to stick her nose in and insist I issue a consequence. Excuse me, but who are you to question someone's ability to parent?

Dr. Michelle Debrah Kleiman is the best children neurological Doctor out their. My experience with her is amazing. Thank you so much Michelle if you are reading this. You have been a great and TREMENDOUS Change in my child's life. People pass Dr. Kleiman's children neurology services office and they think it's just for seizures. It's not. It's for way more that that! ITS FOR THE BRAIN! ADHD, ADD, and autism and much more! Thank you Dr Kleiman so much. You don't know how thankful I am for you!

Our son has been a patent of Dr Kleimans for many years . She has always treated my son and us as parents with respect and dignity . Dr kleiman has always been honest and caring and to the point. We have always trusted her judgment in treating our son. She always takes the time to answer any questions or listen to any concerns we may have. Her office staff is wonderful they are always very helpful and go out of their way to meet our needs. .

My son is a patient of Dr. Kleiman and I have always had a great experience. She is kind, yet firm with him and has taken very good care of him for years. It is obvious Dr. Kleiman cares about her patients and has always been very clear and kind to me as his parent.

dr kleiman has treated a number of my children over the past 16 years and i have always trusted her judgement for treating the children. she is forthright and honest about their disabilities and their overall potential. sometimes it's hard to swallow but in the end its for the good of my child and myself

My son has been seeing dr kleiman for15 years. She is very detailed in her work and always looks at his status with new eyes instead of just rubber stamping what was done the time before. She refers me to new information in journals and what other families have experienced. She is great.

The staff is very friendly and professional and I was able to make my appt quickly. That is where the good experience ends. I found Dr. Kleiman to be very cold and not particularly good with kids which is a HUGE issue since she's a pediatric MD. Our first visit was a consultation as our primary office did not send over some necessary tests. We signed a release and rescheduled for 2 weeks when she would have the test results. When we got to the office 2 weeks later we found out Dr. Kleiman never sent the release to the primarys office therefore still didn't have the tests. I made it clear I was frustrated that we had wasted our time by even coming but we agreed to come back when she had the tests and left. We were there for 10 min. I then received a bill for $210.00 for the visit. That's on top of the $520 for the initial consult. When I called the office to see why I was being billed for a visit that accomplished nothing due to their own error I was told I saw the Dr and that's why I… was billed. I then explained that I saw the Dr for less than 10 min and that included her weighing and taking vitals, asking a few questions, and leaving the room to find out why she didn't have the test results as well as coming back in and telling us her staff never sent the release and we'd need to reschedule and why should I pay $210 for that? The Dr got on the phone and was very rude and just continued telling me she saw us even though the whole reason we were there was to discuss results she didn't have due to her staffs error. I just repeatedly told her I would not pay for the visit as she did absolutely nothing during the visit and we were there less than 10 min. She then informed me that she now had the results and tried to discuss the results of the test with me over the phone as if that would justify me being billed. I was not comfortable with that at all and told them I would be appealing the claim as well as filing a complaint with my insurance provider.
