Dr. Michele Klein, MD

As a health care provider myself, I found Dr Klein dismissive and borderline rude. When I had an abnormal ultrasound result I didn’t hear from her for more than a week despite leaving a message. She may be too busy to provide quality care. Everyone deserves better.

I've been going to Dr. Klein for 25 years and find her excellent.

While this practice (Laurel, MD) has an excellent staff, they seem to be nervously and apologetically trying to counteract the effects of Dr. Michele Klein (not full-time at this practice). Dr. Klein not only lacks compassion and communication skills, she seems irritated by questions regarding serious health issueseven when she has given the diagnosis. The high ratings here regarding scheduling, wait-time and follow-up are really given to her staff (although the short wait-time is likely related to Dr. Kleins unwillingness to answer patients questions). I assess that she is either burned out, or someone who would have been better off in medical research vs. dealing with people.

I have seen Dr Klein for many years, she is always caring and unrushed during appointments. I fully trust her for my care.
