Refused to see my infant son because it was the end of her shift. She said he sounded fine over the phone. We rushed him to be seen by the new on call Dr (less than an hour later) once Michele was no longer on call and my son was at 30% oxygen. She never even tried to apologize.

Dr. Mathieu is our infant sons pediatrician. She is always very thorough and takes time to answer our many questions as new parents. We couldn't be happier with the care we have received from her thus far!

Our kids have had 4 pediatricians so far... Dr Mathieu is wonderful. She always listens carefully to my concerns and respects that I know my kids best. She never writes off my concerns as “just a worried mom” and she is so friendly with my kids. I couldn’t be happier, fourth pediatrician and finally one who we really love!

Extremely poor Patient bed side manner; for a field of compassion she hasn’t gotten a clue.

Dr. Mathieu has terrible bedside manners, doesn't know how to talk to patients parents. Has no empathy. Condescending and rude.

Excellent doctor ...very thorough and follows through. Takes time with her patients.

Dr. Mathieu use to be my sons pediatrician before she switched practices. We only saw her for maybe my sons first year, but i loved her. I was so sad that she left the practice and almost switched offices but decided to give one of the other dr.s in the office a chance (and i love her too). All in all, i highly recommend. P.s... I have never been to wherever she is now, so i don't know anything about the office, staff or promptness about appointments, but have to rate that in order to submit..
